Minister Joy Hart

Minister Joy Hart is an anointed wife, mother, business owner and entrepreneur.  She is an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.  She is commissioned to teach the word and preach the gospel.  Her passion is to evangelize around the world.  She loves ministering to broken, shattered, and scorned women.  Her mission is to see women and girls become whole.  She has done mission work in Zimbabwe, Africa, and has traveled to many states.  After relocating to Texas, the Lord placed WELLL on her heart and God directed Minister Joy to be the first to launch WELLL’s national calling during 2007.

Joy has been a seamstress for over 30 years making her own clothing, to designing and decorating her home. She has trained at the fashion Institute in Alameda California.  God has inspired her to use her gifts for His glory. She and her partner Katherine Johnson joined their gifts and talents together to create Win Dancers Praise Garments.  Their garments are anointed to win souls for Christ.
